This Tuesday, October 28th, please join the North Carolina Campaign for Change at an Early Vote rally in Charlotte with special guests Usher and Hill Harper.
Usher, a recording sensation since the age of 16, is a successful performer, songwriter, actor, and businessman, and is a five-time Grammy Award winner. Hill Harper has appeared on the television show CSI and in the movie Soul Food.
